As homeowners, we often are faced with hiring contractors for needed repairs and renovations. Because finding a well-qualified contractor can be challenging, your neighborhood association is asking our homeowners and residents to recommend contractors they have used to install roofing, flooring, plumbing, yard work and other work on and around their home. The Avondale’s Homeowners Association is asking homeowners and residents to share their recommendations for contractors who do good work, are on time, have reasonable rates and are respectable people. If you would like to share with your neighbors the names of your contractors you have used who have these qualities, please include the following information in an email and send it to avondaleneighborhood@yahoo.com:

• Web address of the Contractor (optional)
• Type of Work Performed
• Name of Avondale Homeowner/Resident Offering Recommendation
• Address of Avondale Homeowner/Resident Offering Recommendation

Only recommendations submitted by homeowners and residents of the Avondale neighborhood will be accepted. Contact information and the type of work performed is listed for each recommended contractor. No statements about the quality of the Contractor's work will be included so please only recommend those contractors whom you would recommend to your favorite neighbor. The identity of the recommending homeowner or resident will not be listed on the web site or otherwise revealed by the Association.
