The Avondale Neighborhood is located off of Buck Lake Road on the east side of Tallahassee, Florida. Our homeowners are proud of our neighborhood, with its profusion of dogwoods, azaleas and crepe myrtles.
Leon County has recognized the Avondale Neighborhood as its Neighborhood of the Year in 2010, 2009, 2008, 2006, 2004 and 2000 for small and medium-sized neighborhoods.
This web site is designed to provide homeowners and guests with information on events in the neighborhood.
